QD Exhaust Systems
QD Exhaust has been building exhaust systems in Vercelli, Italy, for years – mainly for Italian motorcycles. Here you will find slip-ons, Ex-Box and full systems, ECU tuning modules and genuine spare parts for Ducati, MV Agusta, Aprilia and Moto Guzzi. We are an official QD dealer.
Finding the right QD exhaust
Each product title starts with the motorcycle, followed by the type of system. The exact models and years are listed in the “Suitable for” tab. Also check the emission standard (Euro 3, 4, 5 or 5+): QD often builds a separate system for each standard of the same model.
Slip-on, semi-complete or full system?
A slip-on replaces only the end silencer and fits to the stock pipes or the stock catalytic converter. A semi-complete system also replaces the link pipes; the headers stay. A full system replaces everything from the cylinder head. The Ex-Box is a QD speciality for older Ducati models: the silencer sits as a box under the engine, which lowers the centre of gravity.
Road-legal or racing?
Most QD systems are homologated; the emission standard is shown in the title. Products with “Racing” in the name – such as racing systems ending in -NK, decat pipes, mid-pipes without cat and racing dB killers – are not road-legal and are intended for closed circuits only.
Do I need an ECU tuning module?
The ECU tuning module writes an adapted map via the diagnostic port and saves the original map first, so you can switch back at any time. Whether your system needs it and whether it is compatible with road approval is stated in the product description – if in doubt, ask us before ordering.
What warranty does QD give?
Every system comes with a QD Service Card. If you activate it, QD gives a 30-month warranty.
How quickly will I get a QD exhaust?
Moto Renzo is an official QD Exhaust dealer. We do not keep the systems in stock: once you order, we order directly from QD in Italy. Usually the goods are ready to ship from us within 2 to 5 business days and are then sent on to you straight away.
Spare parts for existing QD systems
dB killers, repacking cartridges, outlets, grilles and end caps are listed under QD dB killers & spare parts. Systems with two silencers need two dB killers.
Discontinued systems – price on request
QD has discontinued some older systems and only supplies them to order. These products show “price on request”: as an official QD dealer we ask QD whether any are still available and what they currently cost.
