Per la produzione degli ammortizzatori FAC vengono utilizzati solo materiali di alta qualità. Le aste pistone sono in acciaio cromato a spessore e, grazie al loro speciale rivestimento, garantiscono un attrito minore durante la guida. Gli ammortizzatori forcella FAC funzionano con assistenza ad aria, offrono un comportamento di guida migliore e un comfort nettamente superiore rispetto agli ammortizzatori originali. Gli ammortizzatori FAC offrono inoltre la possibilità di immettere tramite la valvola dell'aria una piccola quantità d'aria aggiuntiva, max. 0,2 bar, per supportare lo smorzamento.
